I have been a personal trainer for five years specializing in general strength training and lower body workouts. I fully believe strengthening the mind thru exercise and movement promotes great mental health.
I have a work history of coaching youth sports and was an athlete myself. I enjoy working out with my clients and know when to have fun and when to take things serious.
